Both modules fit into the leftmost two slots (slots 14 and 15 in a full-size 3500 rack).
Redundant configuration requires two identical power supply modules (both must be the same part number; mixing 133292-01 with 133300-01 is not recommended).
The 133292-01 is typically sufficient for most non-redundant, medium-density racks.
The 133300-01 is required for full 14-module racks or racks with high-power modules (e.g., multiple 3500/60 temperature monitors).
